Hello, my name is Thomas. I am looking for a small apartment or room for rent in the downtown area. I am an artist and am not particular about a newly remodeled, or "pristine" condition. I just want all appliances, electric and plumbing in working order and not to be "critter" infested. I am a humble, thankful person and I work in the downtown area.
