Winnebago RV 35' Adventurer

2000 35' Winnebago Adventurer sleeps 6 approx.45,000 miles on drivetrain apprx300 hrs. on generator, all appliances in working condition i.e., furnace, a/c, stove/oven refrigerator, hot water heater ventilation roof fans 1 in living area and 1 in bathroom, shower, central air in basement not roof air. No Leaks of any kind. 5K generator. All factory conditions no upgrades, appliances run on 120V AC, propane and 12 volt. everything in working condition with 2 new coach batteries and 1 engine battery also new. Tires are approx. 5 yrs new with maybe 2000 miles on them, Body exterior could use some TLC as the Nevada sun has worked its magic, but overall a sound piece of equipment. Awning and 2 slide toppers are in good condition approx. 3 yrs. new. If interested I can send pictures but will not be posting any. asking 25K or best offer.
