towing hitch, cruise control, rear view camera, heated mirrors, motion alarm, towing

alarm, RV turning seats.

Lay out;

Finish is in light maple wood.

In front on driver side is folding table with 3 seats. The third seat has built in seat belt.

Sliding door is modified to open half way. Behind the door is a cabinet with counter

space. Kitchen is on drivers side and opposite is the washroom. In the rear is double bed

with lots of storage.

Under the front of the bed are battery storage, water heater, inverter/charger,

accumulator tank and two kitchen storage drawers. Behind, under the bed is storage

accessed by rear doors. Storage is 6' wide 4' deep and 2' high. 12V and 120V plugs and

LED lights in the trunk.

Electrical;

12V – DC side:

Two 4D AGM batteries, two 135W solar panels, Blue Sky 3000i MPPT solar controller,

Blue seas breaker panel, engine mounted second alternator 270AMP for house battery

charging with Balmar - Max charge MC-614 three stage marine voltage regulator.

12V plugs.

120V - AC Side;

25 ft shore cable, marine plug, Blue Seas 120V breaker panel, Magnum 3500W

(pure sine and automatic transfer switch) inverter / charger, remote control and monitor.

120V plugs.

Plumbing;

Custom fibreglass tanks. Water tank has baffles. Water is about 120L (gravity fill

fitting), two grey tanks are about 100L total, black tank is about 100L. Black and grey

tanks have Tornado flushing. Black and fresh water tanks have 12V heaters (freezing

protection). 12V water pressure pump with strainer and accumulator tank. Water heater

is 120V powered by outside power or Inverter. Stainless steel sink in the kitchen.

Washroom has a sink, counter top, vanity mirror, hand held shower. Shower is single

shut off valve with thermostat control for water temperature. Toilet is Tecma (marine

silence plus – electric 12V). Easy access valves for dumping black and grey tanks. Drain

hose is 4” 20ft long. Storage for the hose is under the van.

Kitchen;

Single sink with hot and cold water. Two burner ENO stainless stove. Remote propane

shut off is an easy access in the kitchen. Propane tank is horizontal 20lbs permanently

mounted under the floor. It does have a propane level gauge and solenoid shut off. Two

door refrigeration is under counter Isotherm CR 90F with stainless steel freezer and is

self defrosting. Spice rack, plenty of counter top. Under the counter and overhead

storage. Microwave is above the sink.

Ventilation;

Mosquito screens for front windows. Screen for sliding side door. Maxx fan on roof

with remote control. A/C is Dometic (Brisk) 1350BTU. Van is insulated. Awning is

Fiamma F65S.

Lights and accessories;

Cabin lights are LED overhead. Reading LED lights over the bed. Led under the counter

in the kitchen and LED in the trunk. 12V - 19” LED wall mounted TV with remote

DVD. Majestic UFO TV antenna on the roof. TV cable hook up is under the van.

Switch for cable input is by TV.

Tire pressure and temperature monitor.
