2014 Cedar Creek 36 CKTS 5th wheel trailer, purchased new

March 2015, has a water softener and 50 amp Progressive surge

protector installed when trailer was new. New electrical control

boards and extra fans installed in the Dometic refrigerator,

all wheel bearing repacked with new Dexter seals installed.

The trailer is equipped with the following items; king size bed

with pillow top mattress, plumbed for washer & dryer in

bedroom, 2 air conditioners with attic ducting, very quiet operation,

large shower & porcelain toilet in the bathroom, pantry with

expandable surface & appliance garage, large 4 door refrigerator,

convection microwave oven with exterior venting, 3 burner gas

stove & oven, large
island with 2 stainless steel sinks with flexible

spray head taps, and sink covers, large Jensen TV in living
room,

and smaller Jensen TV in bedroom, electric fire place with blower

fan, & Jensen sound system with CD, DVD, & USB players,

Lazyboy leather hide-a-bed couch, and 2 Lazyboy leather

rocker-recliner chairs, 4 dining table chairs, 2 fixed with under

seat storage, and 2 folding chairs, 6 point automatic hydraulic

leveling system with remote control that also controls the slide
outs,

awning, & lights, 3 hydraulic slide outs with top covers,
and slides

are floor level, no step in the way of movement, power awning

with detachable sun shade, aluminum wheels with 14 ply

Goodyear tires, 4 by 8 ABS panels cover the complete under

belly, no sagging cloth here, most all exterior hardware has
been

changed out for stainless steel items, frame & under carriage

cleaned, primed and painted, front & rear caps have been
repainted

and covered with 2 coats of clear coat, I have all new factory
decals

and will have installed if so desired, unit comes with a complete

coverage extended warranty good until March 12, 2022, fantastic

fan with rain sensor in the kitchen, fantastic fan in the bathroom,

electronic propane tank gauges with 10% left warning, very accurate,
