PLEASE help my family Turn our power back on!!!

My fiance and I are from Mississippi and moved to Florida about a year ago. Here recently we were faced with both being employed and nothing looking positive just yet. Things are at a stand still because neither my fiance or myself have had a Florida driver's license yet because we neither have the correct identification paperwork to get a new one in another state. So the best and easiest thing to do is for us both to travel back to Mississippi and get a duplicate made of our license and come back home to Florida plus that is going to be the fastest way considering that it's only 6 hour drive. We have not been able to gain employment because everyone needs proof of identity so therefore things have got very tough lately. We decided to get a roommate to help with the bills but that only left us in a bigger bind bc they were pocketing the light bill money instead if paying so our power went off 2 days ago. We have lost all of our food from the disconnect and have not been able to really eat well for 2 days. We are in Florida so it's about 87 in our apartment and unbearable. Someone please hell turn our power back on and help us get Money to secure a greyhound bus ticket for us both to go get our IDs renewed so that we can finally start working and building our family again...
