Guitar Lessons with a Skilled Pro

I am a 25+ year NYC professional, specialize in Rock, Jazz and Blues, but teach all levels, all styles.

If you are a beginner, we'll start with learning to finger and strum basic chord shapes and work on becoming a good rhythm guitar player. We will also learn basic scales to improvise solos with. We can work on pick style or finger style, have plenty of beginner classical pieces to help with fingerpicking.

We can work on music theory and apply to your own songwriting. I have a full recording studio on site if you'd like to demo your ideas.

For young ones, we will study what each note looks like in treble clef, and work on formal reading. We would work out of Mel Bay Book 1. Adults should also study how to read music.
