Certified welder testing special

Dc Services of Elmira Heights will have their CWI giving open welder qualifications on Sat. 4/20/19 - 4/21/19.
Testing can be performed in all positions on following material.
-Structural Steel
-Sheet metal
-Stainless steel
-Aluminum
The process that can be tested are
-SMAW-(Stick)
-GMAW-(Mig)
-GTAW-(TIG)
-FCAW-(Flux core)
Qualifying to the following codes and standards.
-NY State DOT
-AWS (All codes)
-API 1104
-ASME
-B31.3
-MIL Spec codes as needed.
Procedure testing or standard welder testing will be available.
Test to your approved procedure or a provided procedure.
We can provide the equipment and material or if you have portable equipment you can bring your own.
Welders requiring their 6 month sign off should bring there paperwork and Helmet.
Proper PPE will be required and not be provided.
Registration is limited and will be done on a first come first serve basis.
Preregistration and deposit will be required by 4/18

Due to the extent of testing required by certain codes. prices will very depending on the test.
We do our very best to give you a test that will cover the most material, thickness and positions that we can.
If training is requested that can be provided however we will not train you to pass a test.
