work? Or maybe you are just trying to save money. There is an
alternative for a fraction of the cost.
Paralegals can help you fill out forms and or draft them when needed so
that all you need to do is file with the court. We cannot give advice or
answer legal questions, but we can take all your information and put it
in documents in legal format. You will choose what documents you need
for your matter and provide your information and then once I have
processed it, you can file with the court.
1. Dissolution (divorce) with or without children (Uncontested, meaning all parties are in agreement)
2. Guardianship of a minor (Uncontested, meaning all parties must all be in agreement)
3. Step-Parent Adoption (Uncontested, meaning all parties are in agreement)
4. Child custody agreements & Parenting Plan
5. Modification to custody and or Parenting plan
6. Power of Attorney
7. Temporary delegation of parental rights for a minor (temporary living situation or out of state summer visit etc.)
Costs: I charge a flat fee and this will be in writing before any work
in done, you will be responsible for all filing fees with the courts and
or postage etc. I will not start any work for you until services are
paid for. You will get to review and make any changes needed before
getting a final draft to submit. Fees are $150.00 , Everything can be
