Who we are:

Workers Compensation Advocate (WCA) is a legal services firm that helps clients with work injury and disability claims receive all the compensation benefits they are entitled to. Our primary focus is related to claims with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), previously called Workers Compensation Board (WCB), and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits.
