Sheetrock Repair, Painting & other general work (Houston, TX)

I am
semi-retired with construction experience and am looking for work. I can
provide labor and general tools if you provide all materials and any
specialized tools I don't have. I have done professional grade flood damage
repairs including treatment for mold and replacement of sheetrock. I can
provide photos of the work I've done in my own home as I got flooded during
Hurricane Harvey and did all the repair work myself. I am also very good at
interior and exterior painting. I can do some light carpentry, furniture
assembly, yard work including mowing, light hauling as I drive a small pick up
truck, putting up Christmas decorations, cleaning windows and gutters, etc. I
CHARGE $20 PER HOUR. I am offering a special discount to people in the Aldine
area where I'm located of 20% off ($16 per hour). I can provide my resume and
references upon request. I can provide a free estimate for the work to be done.
I cannot do any heavy lifting (over 40 pounds) as I have a hernia. Please call
