Indoor / Outdoor carpet installer

I need to find an individual that is willing and capable to install ( glue on cement ) an Indoor / Outdoor carpet on my outside ramp leading to the entrance of our house . It is not a big job but it needs a bit of expertise and cutting around . There is also a bit of cement patching to do .
