Care attendant - in home

Looking for someone to clean the house once per week for approximately 4 to 5 hours. Meal prep on occasion, feeding and letting out pets occasionally. We also want someone to be able to spend the night on occasion, a sleep position, just in case my mother might need some assistance during the night.
My mother is sweet and would enjoy some company, help with minor tasks (i.e. filling out a greeting card, reading to her).
The cleaning would be on a regular schedule. The other services, as needed.
