Vacation package

My husband and I "need" to sell our vacation package. It is actually a membership which allows you to stay for a week usually around $270.00 for the whole week, different locations. It is a condo membership. It would be great for someone and their family. We are willing to sell it at a lower price than the purchase price. It does not expire and you can pass it to anyone.
