Centrally located close to all the shopping, entertainment and shows. The park itself has many amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hiking trails, musical entertainment, crafts, mini-golf etc. Checking the web site for Treasure Lake RV Resort, you will find that the park is selling memberships for $2,995.00. I am asking $2,100.00 and this year's dues are paid. The buyer will only need to pay the transfer and recording fees. You will have a warranty deed. Ownership in Treasure Lake qualifies you to be able to join such camping groups as coast-to-coast where you can have cheaper fees to stay at other parks in their system around the world. I hope whoever buys my membership will enjoy the park as much as we did over the years. Selling only because my husband died and I am no longer able to travel.
