Campground/Resort Membership

$1750.00 ($1500.00 plus $250.00 transfer fee)

Part of All American RV Parks. Buyer can choose home park from one of three:

1) Hidden Springs in Tylertown, MS; 2) Tomorrow's Stars in South Charlestown, OH; 3)Cathedral Palms in Cathedral City, CA.

Yearly maintenance dues: $380.00 (Can be frozen for anyone 65+ or disabled.)

Initial $250.00 transfer fee includes 1st year membership into Resort Parks International (RPI).
