Campground/Resort Membership

$1750.00 ($1500.00 plus $250.00 transfer fee)

Part of All American RV Parks. Buyer can choose home park from one of three parks:

1) Tomorrow's Stars in South Charlestown, OH; 2) Hidden Springs in Tylertown, MS; or 3) Cathedral Palms in Cathedral City, CA

Yearly Maintenance dues are $380.00. (can be frozen if 65+ or disabled.)

Initial $250.00 transfer fee includes 1st year membership into Resort Parks International. (RPI)
