Part of All American RV Parks. Buyer can choose from one of three home parks. 1) Tomorrow's Stars in South Charlestown, OH; 2) Hidden Springs in Tylertown, MS; or 3)Cathedral Palms in Cathedral City, CA.

Yearly Maintenance dues are $380.00. (can be frozen for anyone 65 or disabled)

Initial $250.00 transfer fee includes 1st year membership into Resort Parks International (RPI).
