$1750.00 ($1500.00 plus $250 transfer fee)

Part of All American RV Parks. Buyer can choose home park from 1) Cathedral Palms in Cathedral City, CA; 2)T omorrow's Stars in South Charlestown, OH; 3) Hidden Springs in Tylertown, MS.

Yearly maintenance dues are $380. (can be frozen for anyone 65 or disabled.)

Initial $250. transfer fee includes 1st year membership into Resort Parks International (RPI)
