WANTING to relocate--Rent to Buy Acreage with House and Land

WANTED 3 to 4 bedroom house, 2 bath, for family of 4 who want to relocate to the Jefferson, Iowa area (ie, Grand Junction, Bagley, Churdan, Bayard, etc). We are searching for housing that will be suitable for a family of 4 as well as 3 goats, a donkey, and 8 horses, and 4 little dogs, and 4 medium to large dogs. Want to be in the new place by Fall if not before. Wife works, husband is retired.
