Deal or No deal. MUST HAVE

Looking to rent and/or purchase a two or three bedroom home Sept 1st, 2018.

Must be East of Hwy 17 (must be with a golf cart drive to beach).

Must have Two bathrooms and would love a small yard area for garden if possible.

Must Accept one cat.

I would love a two bedroom but with extra room (study or glassed porch for my art studio).

No trailers unless its 2010 or newer.
