Duties:

• Find
  potential clients, individuals or businesses, in need of Mortgage loans;
  Purchase, Refinance, Reverse , Jumbo Products selling


• Specialize
  in consumer, or mortgage loans;


• Often
  act as salespeople, persuading clients to obtain loans from their
  institutions;


• Help
  clients apply for loans;


• Analyze
  and verify the application to determine the client's creditworthiness;


• Self-Motivated

Loan officers typically also do the following:

·CContact companies or people to ask if they need a loan

· Obtain, verify, and
analyze the applicants financial information, such as the credit rating and
income level.

·
Review loan agreements
to ensure that they comply with federal and state regulations

· Approve loan
applications or refer them to management for a decision DU LP. Working on
Encompass (Encompass experience would be great)

Experience:

·
3-5 years experience as
a Loan Officer

·
Education: High School,
Some College, College Degree a plus

·
Ideal candidate will
have or agree to get NML License
