2 family home for sale. There are two rentals bringing in almost $1600/mo. They are mostly month to month rentals. The home needs a furnace and some windows. The furnace replacement is $2200 and a contractor is ready to schedule the job. The windows are somewhat optional but probably needed. I paid $90K for the home but selling it for $58K. to get it in good hands before the winter.
