9000 sq ft structure that can be zoned commercial or residential.I purchased the building to make either 3 condo or 4 2-bedroom apartment units. the inside is gutted, I was ready to put up dry wall when I got sick. I have put all new windows, doors, replaced some of the bricks, put in a French drain, retaining wall, 2" water line , 2" gas line into the building. I am including every thing I have purchased to complete this project: lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, commodes, bathroom fixtures, enough berber carpeting to cover the entire building. I have $175,000. into this project. I am asking $90,000. for all. If you are interested I would be willing to talk.
