Security Officer 1 - Parking Lot Security

Position Summary: the primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, especially parking lot areas
Controls traffic by directing drivers
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities: Informs violators of policy
and procedures: removes wrongdoers or trespassers from the parking lot area
Obtains help by sounding alarms
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Must be 18+ years of age
Must be able to follow directions and work with little supervision
Previous work in a security environment a plus
Willingness to participate in the company's screening process
Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift, be able to work in hot, cold or wet environments.
