Oakland based company has an exciting
opportunity for an experienced Sales
Support Administrator
to support our sales team with both direct and
indirect sales processes.



Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to the following:



·
Provide
administrative support to sales team and manage the flow of information within
the department keeping accurate and organized files.


·
Communicate
with customers, vendors and sales staff providing quote information, delivery
status, product specifications and pricing.


·
Prepare
and track proposals for the sales team.


·
Process
customer quotations, proposals, bids and orders in a timely and efficient
manner.


·
Coordinate
GSA online quoting and processes with sales team.


·
Respond
to correspondence from internal and external customers to ensure that
expectations are met or exceeded.


·
Provide
excellent customer service by identifying vendor and product availability,
pricing and delivery.


·
Process
customer purchase orders, invoices, payments and reconcile field service
orders.




The qualified candidate will have:



·
1-3
years experience working in a field service office environment.


·
Strong
organization skills with a high attention to detail.


·
The
ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


·
A
demonstrated ability to work individually as well as in a team setting.


·
Knowledge
of Sage and/or Maximizer is a plus.


·
Previous
experience with GSA sales a big plus.
