Part-Time Marketing Assistant (Remote)

Neon Groups is a modern professional networking organization focused on creating connections through events, collaboration, and strategic partnerships. We're seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant who is creative, organized, and ready to grow with us.
No prior marketing experience? No problem — full training will be provided upon employment, along with a training allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Reach out to members and prospects via phone and email
✅ Schedule networking and discovery calls
✅ Create and send weekly email campaigns
✅ Design social media content using Canva
✅ Post and engage on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
✅ Maintain contact records and lead tracking
✅ Conduct business research and identify partnership opportunities
✅ Assist with speaker outreach and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proficiency with Canva or similar tools
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable with phone outreach
✔ Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus
✔ Understanding of key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
