Inside Sales Representative

Are you
tired of working at a company with an unimpressive commission structure and bad

We are looking for
self-motivated and goal orientated individuals for an Inside Sale Position. You
will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with Business Owners
Initiating and close sales via outbound calling. Sales Reps are required to make a number of
outbound calls and contact B2B owners. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am
-5pm. Commissions have unlimited earning potential with Inside Sale Reps making
$40,000-150,000 plus in their first year.
Our company is a casual dress environment.

You would work closely with our training department (8 am – 4 pm) to
successfully complete training and to learn how to close your deals. This prepares you to graduate into our sales
department. You would generate new
business through cold calling to build your book of business/long lasting
relationships from the ground up so you are consistently exceeding sales quotas
and goals.

Some requirements

Ability
to work in a fast paced environment

Some
experience outside and or Inside sales, but not necessary

Sales
and Goal orientated

Strong
Communications skills

to establish and build lasting business relationships

to work individually and as part of a team
