Job Description of an Employee Benefit Coordinator:

• Maintain knowledge of new products

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

• Establish goals on a personal and business level.

• Strong desire to help others.

Requirements of the Employee Benefits Coordinator:

• Self-driven, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

• Must be intuitive and resourceful, and be coach-able.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Must have access to a laptop computer.

A day in the life:
Benefits Coordinator's use our propriety lead management system to meet with business owners and key decision makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefits for their employees. Our programs are unique to the industry and are a "win-win" opportunity for the community we serve.
There is opportunity for growth, we prefer to promote from within. Promotions can occur within 45 days of hire date. Accounts that you manage are your clients and can yield rewarding relationships - both professional and financial. This is a full time position.

Position location: Chattanooga, Tn

Hours vary but most weeks will be Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
