Maintenance Technician

20 unit apartment building in Chetek, WI. 15 hours per week, flexible schedule. Must be available for maintenance emergencies.

Responsible for grounds keeping; preventative and routine building
maintenance of plumbing, electrical equipment, fire and safety equipment, vents,
windows, etc., work with Housekeeper to prepare vacancies for rental; complete
tenant work orders and other task as needed.

Must be able to climb ladder to roof height; work from a
kneeling, laying or sitting position; bend, walk on uneven surfaces; use a
chainsaw; lift up to 50 pounds and
tolerate pest and lawn care chemicals.
