Seeking enthusiastic, smart, strong and trustworthy individual, tired of mundane work and seeking challenges in a growing green business.

We salvage what would otherwise be waste and market just about anything that can be reused from commercial or residential buildings being upgraded or demoed (after we pick them clean).

Looking for highly skilled individuals who can be trusted to grow into a variety of tasks.

This would likely involve dealing with our customers who love getting the quality of yesteryear and hopefully saving not only money but the pressure on the landfills.

We are based in Shawnigan in a very rural and pastoral setting on a no longer functioning mill site away from the city lights. Most work is outdoors but there are buildings and trailers to safeguard merchandise. Prefer non smokers on site to avoid risk of fire.

Semi retired (or tired of being retired) are welcome to work part time shifts. Others could work full time using their skills improving the site, unloading or working on a truck, dealing with customers. We also have work in Victoria transporting materials or working to disassemble them.
