Executive Recruiter

The part time (to move into full
time) Executive Recruiter at VMG Recruiting performs and/or leads the entire process
of providing viable candidates to our clients on or before the requested
deadline. This process includes the candidate research (identification of
candidates, making initial contact, obtaining any and all relevant information,
etc.), interviewing candidates through the application of Behavioral Based
Interviewing techniques, scheduling qualified candidates to interview with the
client, and follow up with the client to ensure that a successful and
satisfactory service has been provided.

This part time position offers flexibility and a comfortable office
environment. Great work/life balance.

Due to the conceptual nature of
our recruiting model, applicants who professionally exude tenacious and
assertive personality traits are strongly preferred. We are looking for high
