Cleaning House/Mowing Lawn Oneonta NY - $100

We rent our single family, 3 bedroom house, 1000 sq feet, weekly during the summer, Friday to Friday, in Oneonta NY to baseball camp families. We are looking for someone to clean the house each Friday between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, in addition to mowing our small yard (takes about 10 minutes) and putting the garbage out for pickup. We would supply all linens, cleaning supplies, and lawn mower.
Responsibilities: Change all linens, ensure all dishes, silverware and pans are washed, clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean bedrooms, clean living room, clean dining area, clean deck, clean front entrance area, clean grill, vacuum house, mop floors, dust, sweep. Mow front and side lawn each Friday, weed wack every other Friday, make sure all garbage is placed in garbage cans for pickup.
Estimated Time to Complete Work Each Week: 2-3 Hours
Rate: $100 each time the place is cleaned
