Personal care aide - $15

Hi my name's Jazmine Chapman. I'm 25 years old I'm a single mom. I'm a certified PCA and cpr certified through red cross. I've done care companion and home health aide as well. I recently worked for Ms Mary Garvin. I take her outside by transferring her using a howyer lift. I change her diapers, give bed baths, reposition her, cook and feed her, change her clothes, clean dentures and give medication. I also worked with a lady named Betty Dickerson as as a care companion playing cards, running errands cleaning her house ect. I did clinicals at bonview rehabilitation center and did all the things I do for Ms Mary plus assist people with using the bathroom and showering. I took care of my grandmother who had Alzheimer's for 3 years. I have a current TB test and resume. I'm very reliable honest and friendly. I take my time with what I do which takes a lot of patience.
