Home Care Nurse - Part-Tme- Friday 7pm-7am

Orange Park, FL
As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality care to our patient's within the home, in a one-on-one setting. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Patient Assessments
Medication Administration
Emergency Planning and Management
Administration of prescribed therapies
Communication with other members of the patient's multi-disciplinary team
Maintain adequate inventory of supplies
Coordinating of care
Experience: Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License or Certification: RN or LPN (Required)
Shift : Graveyard (Required)
