The Shift Manager has the
overall responsibility for:

• Ensuring
  that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their
  assigned position(s)


• Ensuring
  that employees are clean and neat in appearance


• Personally
  demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority


• Ensuring
  food safety, quality and accuracy of orders


• Resolving
  Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food,
family dining or casual dining environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6
months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader. Background check and drug screen required.
