This is a small property 48 units.
There is Filing,Collecting Rent,Processing Applications, Screening Potential Residents, As well as taking care of l their requests.
You willtake care of renewing leases.And various other types of task.
This is a Monday-Friday 12n-4p position. It start out at $12.50 per hour and it is only 20hrs per week. No overtime, No Holidays.
