Seeking Technical Support / Help Desk Specialists for full time and contract roles with 2+ years of desktop/server experience: :
- creating and updating ticket queue
- handles inbound call queue
- configures, supports and repairs desktops, monitors, printers and other peripherals
- works with IT to resolve complex technical issues
- performs employee profile configurations, updates
- support for local telephone lines, as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Active Directory, Windows OS and Servers
