Revelation lodge in Revelstoke is hiring summer staff!

Revelation Lodge is looking to hire summer kitchen staff for
our fast approaching summer season. This can also lead to year round employment
for interested applicants. We are currently looking for dynamic individuals for
the following positions,

Dishwasher

Prep/banquet cook

Culinary supervisor

Experience is preferred but we can provide on the job
training as well. Food Safe is an asset but not required. There is great
potential to make a large amount of gratuities on the above mentioned
positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily preparation and management of fresh product

·
Ensuring freshness, shelf life and proper food
safe practices are followed

·
Maintain knowledge of company specifications and
recipes.

·
Maintain quality and speed of production.

·
Desire and ability to work as part of a team

·
Safe food handling

·
Cleanliness

The majority of the shifts will start around 6am meaning you
will have the afternoon to enjoy all that revelstoke has to offer on those
beautiful summer mountain afternoons. Good work ethic is a must as well as the
ability to perform various tasks at an adequate speed. We strive for excellence
