Lead Cook

Lead Cook, in an Assisted Living Facility, position open. We are looking for a skilled cook and congenial team member. Computer skills and Manager's Safe Food Handling Certificate needed. Passing a Level II background check, drug test and TB screen required. Schedule flexibility necessary. Shifts include 6am - 2pm / 9am - 5:30 pm / 11am - 7pm with alternate weekends and Holidays. Our cook staff does their own food prep, set-up, serving and clean-up. Other utility tasks including mopping, stocking, dishwashing, equipment cleaning and kitchen shutdown.
