Looking For Maintenance/Handyman Worker For HOA Community

Looking for an experienced handyman/maintenance person for our condominium community that's willing to work Mon-Friday / 3-4 hours per day. The duties consist of the following:

  • Painting.
  • Pressure washing.
  • Clean the community bathrooms.
  • Pick up trash throughout the property.
  • Walk the property daily to watch for any vehicles that are illegally parked.
  • Paint a building's exterior and handle numerous other task.
