Apartment Building Superintendent

We are looking for a skilled individual or couple to care for a small residential property in the heart of beautiful town of Stouffville. Candidate would live off site and could start immediately. Responsibilities include tenant communication, delivery of notices, minor repairs, cleaning, answering calls or texts. We use contractors for most larger repairs and plumbing/electrical jobs. Cleaning and good communication skills are vital. The job is part time and the employee would manage their own schedule under the direction of a Property Manager.
