Recruiter

Midwest Flooring is seeking a Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing company in the Denton area. Must have extensive experience working with outside representatives, particularly in the flooring industry

Must be willing to look for contractors (i.e. going out in the field and scouting)

Conduct interviews/introduce new-hire to the company and walk them through the hiring process. Complete paperwork; design and implement an overall recruiting strategy. Recruiting experience; effective negotiating skills; ability to travel when necessary; working knowledge of the flooring sales industry; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; solid organizational, time-management abilities, and detail oriented.
