Production Assistant

Owowcow is a fast-paced, small-batch ice cream maker looking for a new team member to assist in all phases of ice cream making from scratch.
Responsibilities
Kitchen prep-- taking raw fruit to compotes used in ice cream, juicing citrus, cracking eggs, etc.
Making ice cream bases from scratch in our pasteurizer
Batch freezing ice cream to the perfect texture, swirling in pans (a skill, and an art!)
Maintain and organize the inventory in our blast chiller
We wear many hats here, you'll never be bored!
Qualifications
Able to lift 50#
Able to work up to 10 hours on your feet
At least one year of professional, hands-on kitchen experience
Must commit to full-time hours working the summer season, April 15th - September
Although we typically work M-F, some flexible weekend hours may be required.
