CANI Property Management is a growing handyman and property services company committed to delivering high-quality maintenance, cleaning, and lawn care services to residential and commercial clients in the CENTRAL FLORIDA area. We’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated Technician to join our team and help keep our clients’ properties in top shape.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician/handyperson is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including light repairs, general maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light maintenance and repair work (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall patching, carpentry)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and clients as needed
  • Complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Requirements:

  • Must provide a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools and equipment
  • Valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and responsibility for vehicle maintenance
  • Basic toolset for daily work (e.g., hand tools, drill, measuring tape, etc.)
  • Able to travel to job sites in the Central Florida area (Tampa, FL to New Smyrna, FL + from the Gulf to the Ocean)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to use a mobile app to document work by uploading pictures, receipts, and invoices in real time during repair visits
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks in various weather conditions
