Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Sweep,
mop, wash, strip, wax and polish floors

• Dust
furniture

• Vacuum
carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

• Occasionally
make beds and change sheets for apartments managed by Green Apple Property
Maintenance

• Distribute
clean towels and toiletries

• Clean
and disinfect elevators

• Handle
and report lost and found items

• Attend
to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items

• Provide
basic information on facilities

• Pick up
debris and empty trash containers

• Wash
windows, walls and ceilings

•
Clean changing rooms and showers

•
Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements

- Education: Not required

- Experience is an asset

- Must be aware that the
job is physically demanding

- Must be able to be
sitting walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended hours

- Experience in residential cleaning or in the hospitality industry is
an asset

Salary: $16.00
to $18.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week

Important information:

Flexibility on schedule is
required. Regular work schedule: from
Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM, occasionally on weekends.
