Duties

-Prepare work schedules and supervise work performance of staff

-Estimate and order ingreidents and supplies needed to operate the restaurant

-Supervise serving of meals to customers

-Ensure that food and service meet high standards

-Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work area.

-Plan menus with cook

-May help train new staff

Employment Requirements :

Experience : Several years of experience in food preparation or service or one year of food service supervisor experience as an asset.
