Experienced Accounting Representative

• Quickbooks - Intermediate to Expert Level
• Microsoft Office proficiency
•Excel- Expert Level
* Payroll -Proficient
• Daily restaurant sales accounting reconciliation.
• Airline voucher verifications, billing and payment collection.
• Preparing weekly reports for management.
• Accounts payable including but not limited to; airport catering, rent & royalty payments.
• Bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Monitors and keeps record of all licenses and permits for all restaurant locations and renews them in a timely manner; including but not limited to liquor licenses.
• Business and Liquor license renewals.
• Generate invoices for large wholesale accounts.
• Reconcile all outsourced ordering programs against paid outs at store level.
• Reconcile retail inventory with POS reports.
• Month-end closing including journal entry preparation
•Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
•Ability to lift cases up to 60lbs
•Must be 21 years or older
•Must be able to pass a background check.
•Must pass a drug screening test
Experience:
•Accounting : 3 Years
•Customer Service : 3Years
• Payroll :2 Years
Shifts:
•6 Mandatory work days a week
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred )

•Ability to handle stressful situations
