Man Li Jang Sung Restaurant in Surrey, BC is looking for a Full Time Cook.

Position: Full Time Cook Working Hours: 40 hours/week but it may vary according to business’ need Hourly Wage: $14/hr-$17/hr Work Location: 13648 105A Ave, Surrey, BC, V3T 2B3

Job Requirements: - Completion of Secondary school - Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook

Job Duties: - Plan and develop menu - Prepare and cook Korean dishes and meals such as BoSsam, JokBal, NaengMyun, KongGookSoo - Develop new menu and sauces such as Chinese style Korean fusion dishes, Korean style western fusion dishes, and new sauces - Manage stock and record inventories - Ensure quality and safety of food served - Estimate needs in the kitchen and place orders - Monitor overall kitchen operations - Train other staff whenever necessary
