IASCO Flight Training (IFT) has exciting job openings for Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) at its Redding California training center. The primary responsibility for instructors at IFT is to ensure the success of a group of ab-initio students from China. In addition, CFI’s have many opportunities to excel and progress as our instructor standardization is done with airline-focused standards, which helps prepare our instructors for their professional career track.

Flight Instructors starting salary:

CFI Salary/Hourly depending on experience

Flight Instructor Benefits include:

$1,500 New Hire Bonus after completion of training and proficiency check

$1,500 Relocation allowance paid on 1st day of employment

Assistance with obtaining additional ratings

Performance-based bonus structure

Minimum position requirements:

· FAA CFI Certificate

· FAA Medical Certificate, Class 3

· Legally able to work in the United States, with proper documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Has experience working with students from China

Organized and motivated

Strong people skills

Job Description:

Meet training goals of assigned students

Fly as many aircraft hours as possible while ensuring student skill development

Utilize the flight simulators when weather and other factors prohibit flying

Complete students training within projected flight hours

Report regularly on student progress

Other duties as assigned by a Chief or Assistant Chief Instructor
