Deliver first class customer service to JCPenney customers via the phone and online services. Training Classes are ongoing and last for 3 weeks beginning March 12th and March 26th. Class start time for Mar 12th is 3:30 pm - 11 pm. Class start time for Mar 19 is 7:30 - 3 OR 3:30 - 11, depending on department hired for. Class start time for Mar 26th is 7:30 am - 3 pm. Various full time and part time shifts are available between the hours of 7am - 12am and may be selected during the interview process.
